We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast experience was impressive as we were able to choose our personalized options from a wide range of choices. The staff took note of our preferences and ensured that our breakfast was cooked exactly the way we wanted. They even offered room service, adding to the convenience. The assistance with luggage was greatly appreciated, especially since our room was on the highest floor of the building with no elevator. The room itself was spacious and clean, equipped with a kettle, teas, coffee, and a mini refrigerator. The complimentary internet service was excellent, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the large television and the spacious balcony provided. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to and from the airport.

The hotel was centrally positioned in St. John's, 10 minutes' walk to a twin-spired cathedral. The staff was efficient and provided information on bars and restaurants around. The rooms were immaculately clean and huge with coffee, flat screen cable TV, and a private balcony.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleased with the warm and friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. The hotel's central location was a major advantage, as it allowed easy access to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Additionally, the clean and comfortable rooms provided a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring the city.

There were a few aspects that left room for improvement. Firstly, the balcony door in my room did not close properly, allowing street noise and some mosquitoes to enter.

Centrally located next to the cruise ship piers, really enjoyed this place. Lovely building and good-sized rooms with good view.
